If you wish to return our item(s), you can do so within 30 days of having the item(s) delivered to you, provided certain conditions as mentioned below are met. You can check our product details page to find which products are eligible for refund / replacement / return. For all our products, the policy mentioned on the product page shall prevail over our general return policy as mentioned below. For any exception to the clauses below, we request you to refer to our return policy mentioned on the product page.
To be eligible to get a refund (except for the products that are clearly classified to be not returnable), the following conditions must have been met.
- The registered address of Nandita Shekhawat can be found on https://nanditashekhawat.com/ and we will only refund the amount if the item, which includes silver, gold, and diamond jewelry as well as fashion jewelry, is shipped to this address within 30 days of receiving the delivery.
- Refund / replacement aren’t applicable for individual pieces where they were sold as part of sets / combos.
- For custom design orders of silver, gold, diamond and fashion jewelry, refund / replacement / return / cancellation isn’t applicable.
All refund / replacement requests are subject to checks and verification by Nandita Shekhawat to establish the legitimacy of such requests. We can refuse a refund in case of the following:
- The product has signs of wear and tear, damage, modifications, or resizing (done by any other jeweler except Nandita Shekhawat);
- The product was damaged while it was in your possession;
- The product isn’t in its original condition;
- The product has been soiled or used or washed or is returned without non-tampered warranty seals / quality check seals (wherever applicable);
- The product is different from what we had shipped to you;
- The returned product is devoid of its original accessories and packaging tags, which consist of the retail box, barcode tag, product certifications (if any), and all other objects that were originally included with the product when it was delivered;
- The product has no readable and legitimate serial number, including but not limited to products with damaged, missing, tampered, altered, or otherwise incomprehensible serial number;
- The product details page specifies the product is non-returnable.
- The refund / replacement / return request is made for an individual piece where it was sold as part of a set/combo.
Our product replacement is further subject to the availability of the product (color, size, shape, etc.) and is limited to a solitary request. In particular cases where we are unable to process a replacement request for any reason, we will process a refund.
Based on the above pointers, we will initiate a refund depending on the applicable modes. We may request documents or information to confirm your credentials before we initiate a refund.
If you have used a digital wallet, online payment mode, credit/debit card, IMPS, or netbanking, the refund amount would be credited to the original payment mode you used. In case you have chosen CoD payment, the amount should be credited to your bank account or UPI. The refund amount shall be credited to you as per the above-mentioned modes within 7-10 business days of the acceptance of receipt of the product by us.

If you have accepted the delivery of a physically damaged item or one that’s different from the product you have ordered (irrespective of whether it was specified as non-returnable or returnable), please give us a call and report to our customer care representative on +91 9828888283 right away and in any case, not later than 3 business days from the date of the product’s delivery, failing which the product will not be returned / replaced. The defective product or component will be recalled, which will be followed by an immediate shipment of a replacement, failing which we will refund your money.

When can I get an item replaced?
If your ordered product reaches you in a defective or physically damaged condition or is different from their description as displayed on the product detail page, or has missing accessories or parts, it will be qualified for a free replacement, subject to the availability of the exact item in our stock.
In case our stock doesn’t have the same item available, we will initiate a refund.
How can I initiate a replacement / return?
It’s a simple 3-step process, which includes the following:
- Login to your account on https://nanditashekhawat.com/ using your registered mobile (that you used to place the order) and OTP received.
- Visit the “Account” section and choose “Order History”.
- Select the order you wish to replace / return.
What are your return guidelines?
- The products you wish to return must be eligible for return;
- In case your product’s return is not eligible for a reverse pickup, we will give you a self-ship option;
- After we receive your returned product, in accordance with our return policy, we will process and issue the refund to your original payment mode;
- For CoD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we will process your refund to your bank account either via UPI or NEFT.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Typically, the process takes 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
What are your guidelines to receive shipments?
Prior to accepting the shipment of any product, you need to ensure that the product’s packaging is not tampered with or damaged. In case it is tampered with or damaged, we request you to refuse to accept delivery. You can rest assured of getting a refund on such refused delivery, provided your order has been already paid for (prepaid).
When can a customer cancel an order?

If you have a prepaid order, we will refund the amount to you within 4-5 days business days provided that order has not been shipped or within 4-5 business days from the product’s receipt in case we have already shipped the product.

We can also raise an order cancellation request under some exceptional situations, which could be –
- The product is not worthy of being shipped;
- The product has gone out of stock;
- You have reached the order limit (where restrictions are applicable on the number of products you can order based on the terms and conditions of any ongoing discount or special offer;
- Incorrect product description or pricing;
- Incomplete or erroneous buyer’s address;
- The buyer’s address is non-serviceable by our courier partners;
If your order is prepaid, your refund will be processed according to our refund policy. If your order is canceled owing to any of the above reasons or any other reason beyond our control, we will inform you via an email / text / WhatsApp message.
For prepaid orders, we will refund the amount within 4-5 business days from the date of the order’s cancellation.
